Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Shalini: I am currently in the 4th year of my Engineering. I did not get placed in placements through campus but then our college organized AMCAT and made it mandatory for everyone. Soon after taking the test, we got our feedback report which helped us to prepare well.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at MphasiS?

Shalini: AMCAT gives a detailed feedback report which helps you find the areas in which you are strong as well as your weak areas so that one can prepare accordingly. I got shortlisted for MphasiS through AMCAT. It was an off campus drive but since I was shortlisted through AMCAT, I had a direct interview and got selected.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Shalini: Yes, I would suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT because you will get to know where you stand. Also, AMCAT shortens the selection process and you will have a direct interview.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Shalini: I suggest them to take AMCAT and they will get their DREAM job.
