Sameer: My name is Sameer Kumar Kudumula, I have taken AMCAT and got selected in ING Vysya bank. I have completed B.Tech in Computer Science and presently pursuing MBA from IGNOU.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Sameer: I faced too many difficulties before I got job. I was having a clear idea regarding my job role and sector. I thought of only banking sector, either private or public. I had written many exams for IBPS, for ICICI and for AXIS bank, but finally got selected in ING Vysya because of AMCAT exam. Thanks to team AMCAT for giving me a bright future. All the best for the aspirants who are taking AMCAT.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at ING Vysya Bank?

Sameer: After getting job through AMCAT, my parents were very happy and told my relatives about AMCAT. Finally the ultimate goal of my banking job was achieved.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Sameer: I strongly recommend aspirants to take AMCAT as it is a quality assessment.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Sameer: I managed the time properly and followed my brother in law who is presently working as a branch manager in one of the public sector banks, and strictly followed banking services chronicle, online banking practice tests and I strongly recommend aspirants to manage time.
