Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Priyanka: I am Priyanka and I am pursuing my B.Tech final year from VITAE College. Coming to my career goals, my short term goal was to get a good job in a reputed company and my long term goal is to reach a higher level position in the company I'm going to work with.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Priyanka: While searching for a job, I almost attended 10-12 drives and in every drive I got out mostly in the second, third rounds out of total four rounds. It was really depressing and got me thinking whether I could get a job or not. Then, I got to know through my placement officer that AMCAT exam is being conducted at our college and if I could do well in that exam I will have a chance to get a job easily. Only because of the encouragement from my placement officer, I decided to take AMCAT test.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at MphasiS?

Priyanka: After giving the AMCAT exam, one fine morning my placement officer told me that four students, which included me, were shortlisted for the MphasiS interview. We attended the interview and after a long day, three of us got selected. The selection process through AMCAT is very much easy when compared to normal drives provided we are well prepared to attend the interview. Finally, AMCAT proved its significance and we got the job offer from MphasiS.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Priyanka: I suggest every student to take AMCAT test as it gives an opportunity to get a good job in very much reputed companies and they can fulfill their dream of acquiring their dream job.
