Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Ashutosh: I was born in Deoghar, Jharkhand and attended Saint Francis School. I was fond of computers from my teenage like others I enjoyed computer games. When my parents provided me a computer, I mastered DOS, Windows within few months. It became my passion, hobby and way of learning and today I can proudly say I'm a developer. I can easily adapt to new technology or programming in short time.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Ashutosh: There were numerous difficulties I had to overcome for getting a job. Few of them were increasing competition, channelizing my applications to right source, least presentation skills and niche demand of educational qualification. I knew I had to make a plan; I started with setting a goal and build my skills in one direction and the best part I took AMCAT test.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at 1985 Web Solutions?

Ashutosh: When I took AMCAT test my inbox was flooded with job opportunities. I started applying and within a month I got interview scheduled at 1985 Web Solutions. I was lucky enough to crack it in the first go. I believe it's the AMCAT score that interests employers the most.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Ashutosh: Yes! Definitely. AMCAT takes care of the four biggest issues of every job seeker - Competition, Channel, Presentation and Opportunities.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Ashutosh: To start with, first take the AMCAT test, indulge yourself in some internship. Aim at getting a job where you will have ample learning opportunities to develop your skills. Rather than focusing on tempting package offered, opt for a job which will challenge you throughout the time.
