Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Apoorv: Hi, My name is Apoorv Parmar, I have done B.Tech in Computer Science from Galgotia College of Engineering and Technology. I have a great interest in Computers and Coding. In next 5 to 10 years of my career I want to move into a more reputed organisation at a more reputed designation and most importantly keep on enjoying the work I do.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Apoorv: Nothing comes easy in life. You have to work hard for everything. One needs to keep a focussed approach towards his goals and understand the method/pattern the companies follow to recruit students. Also, we need to understand what qualities a company is looking for in a student and should develop these qualities and should increase our skill set as much as possible. 

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at HCL Technologies?

Apoorv: I did goggle on how AMCAT can help me in getting a good job. The results that I found were quite helpful. So I decided to prepare well and take AMCAT to gain maximum of the Exam. I took AMCAT after six months again, and secured good enough percentile.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Apoorv: Yes, Definitely, It gives you a platform to get good opportunities which would not be possible otherwise. 

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Apoorv: You don't need to learn everything, work hard on your aptitude will help more.
