Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Kartik:My name is Kartik Sahu.I love coding and my career goal is to become an efficient and successful engineer.I am ready to face challenges to accomplish my dreams. 

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Kartik: My College has decent placement record. Most of the students were placed and unfortunately I was not placed in any of the campus interview. Though I have good technical knowledge whether it is coding or computer science or electronics, the biggest challenge was to crack aptitude round of the selection process. I used to get stuck in aptitude round every time. So, I decided to take AMCAT. 

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Aricent?

Kartik:When I got good score in AMCAT,I was allowed to sit for interview process of the good companies. Aricent was one of them and I am very thankful to ARICENT and AMCAT.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Kartik: Yes, definitely I would suggest job seekers to take AMCAT to get good job opportunities. No matter from which college you are, AMCAT provides equal opportunity to everyone. I am even planning to take AMCAT again to judge how much I have improved my aptitude. 

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Kartik: Just work hard with persistence and always push the limits. Most important thing I learned from all the rejections is that success comes to you only when you have never give up attitude.
