Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Janani: My name is Janani S. I studied in K.S.R. College of engineering and want to become a part of software industry to improve my skills and knowledge.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Janani: I lost many opportunities because of my backlog in one semester in engineering. It was bad feeling for me. Then I came to know it is not the end; it can be cleared in next semester and started preparing for job.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Mindtree?

Janani: I took AMCAT in final year of engineering and within a month got shortlisted by Mindtree. This was the first company where I went for the interview and got selected with good CTC. AMCAT helped me in searching a job in my domain. It will give you the number of job opportunities where you can explore your talent.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Janani: Yes, because still I am getting job offers from many companies. Take AMCAT, prepare well and get your dream job.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Janani: Work Hard, Practice aptitude, and do well.
