Aspiring Minds:Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Dhanush:My name is Dhanush Guntnoor Rajendra.I have completed my B.E. from Jyothy Institute of Technology with 70% aggregate. My goal is clear and simple.At my initial stages of engineering my aggregate was very low, so I made a firm decision that I should have my own start-up company especially for the engineers with less aggregate and I am sure I will be able to do that.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Dhanush:My College was newly established and I was from the first batch of engineering from that college.That’s why no company visited my college, and not just that I lacked in technical skills also.So I strengthened my technical skills and communication skills. 

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Spoonjoy.com?

Dhanush: Undoubtedly taking the AMCAT exam was the best step taken in my career, it was helpful in showing me where exactly I stand and in which areas I need to improve. I improved myself accordingly and am really grateful to the entire AMCAT team

Dhanush: With my personal experience, I can say make sure you are strong at your basics, technical skills and communication skills.
