Aspiring Minds:Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Jyotsna:I am interested in software development field, working as an associate engineer in Sapient and looking forward to continue working this field only. I aspire to become a project manager one day.

Aspiring Minds:What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Jyotsna:I faced lot of difficulties while searching for a job. If you don’t get campus selection then your life is just full of tensions and worries for job. I travelled 6 months to different cities for job and was rejected by many companies which were offering good packages. I never thought I would actually get into such big MNC and thanks to AMCAT for making my job search so easy.

Aspiring Minds:Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Sapient?

Jyotsna:Initially, I thought taking AMCAT exam would be just wastage of money but trust me, once I took the exam,I started getting calls from different companies and all were from renowned MNCs.It was like half of the job is done and the rest depends on you. Now you just have to focus on interviews. I still remember that interview call from sapient and never knew that four hours will change my life.

Aspiring Minds:Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Jyotsna:I recommend AMCAT to all my juniors and to all the job seekers I see struggling for job. Instead of wasting your money in travelling or joining placement consultancies that just give you job in domestic companies,It’s good to spend few bucks and take AMCAT test and get placed in a MNC.Go on and give it a try. It’s the name you can bank upon.

Aspiring Minds:Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Jyotsna:Strengthen your Quantitative, English and technical areas. Just work on these sections, take AMCAT and get ready for be placed.
