Alok:My name is Alok Kumar and I am from Nalanda district of Bihar, currently residing in Gurgaon. I have completed B.Tech (ECE) from Sharda University.I have completed PG diploma in banking services from Manipal University and currently working in Axis bank as EEG- Sales & Relationship Manager.I am people oriented person and very much adaptable.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Alok:Searching a job in an open market is not an easy task, I have experienced a lot of things, it's like you may not be able to get what you want and may face lots of difficulties to get a right job. To overcome this kind of situation, I suggest that prepare yourself, take AMCAT and go for recruitment drives of different organizations.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Axis Bank?

Alok: My experience with AMCAT test was very good. I was really surprised when I started getting so many interview calls of reputed organizations post taking the test and now, here I am in Axis bank which is a very much reputed bank.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Alok:I would suggest all graduates to take AMCAT test, it will really give you directions to get a good job. You will be amazed by the interview calls received from AMCAT.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Alok:You must be well prepared before going for an interview.You must do proper research about the company before going forinterview. You must be confident during an interview. Try to convince them with true answers, don't give fake answers if you don't know, clearly accept that.
