Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Rakshitha: My name is Rakshitha B K. I am from Kundapur. I am pursuing BE from Vidya Vardhaka College of Engineering, Mysore. My career goal is to be flexible and resourceful in the entire technical and information arena required for success.               

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Rakshitha: Job is the thing that sounds easy but it needs huge confidence and hard work to earn. It’s very difficult to know about the vacancies in companies and their requirement. I managed to browse everyday about the companies I am interested in and used to keep the knowledge of recent updates.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Mindtree?

Rakshitha: Before AMCAT I was really facing problems like how to prepare for getting a job. But after taking AMCAT I started concentrating on the focus areas provided in AMCAT feedback report and this showed me the way to Mindtree. I really thank AMCAT from the bottom of my heart for giving me an opportunity to work with Mindtree. The feeling that you have a job means a lot to every individual.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Rakshitha: Yes of course, AMCAT is the best way to get the job you deserve. For every fresher it’s highly difficult to get into the dream company, but AMCAT shows the way to your dream.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Rakshitha: Prepare well for AMCAT test. We get only what we deserve. Nothing can fetch you a job except hard work.
