When I try to log in using the OTP, it says User does not exist.

  • Please check if you have entered the correct email address that you used for registration on the website. 
  • If you created your account using the mobile phone number on the mobile app (currently not supported), you should enter the correct mobile number to receive the OTP.
  • As it says User does not exist, you should go to MyAMCAT Registration Page and enter your details to register yourself for MyAMCAT.
  • If you are sure that you have registered with us and still getting the same message, you can raise a support query using the given link.
