I didn't receive the OTP on my email address when trying to log in.

This shouldn't have happened. However, you can try the following options:

  • Please make sure that you have typed the correct email address in the Forgot password field while requesting the OTP. 
  • Wait for at least 5 minutes to see if you receive the email.
  • Check your spam/junk folder and other folders like Promotions/Social/Updates.
