SKILLS:
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies
• Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch and other design tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take direction and constructive criticism
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand user needs and create user-centered designs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Help maintain and update the company's design system and style guide
• Contribute to the design and development of new features and redesign of existing interfaces
