Job Responsibilities & Desired Candidate Profile:

Corporate Telesales Executive:
-The candidate has to seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
-The candidate has to build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists
-The candidate has to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs
-The candidate has to set up meetings with potential clients
-The candidate has to prepare and deliver presentations on products/services
-The candidate has to prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects
-The candidate has to participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company
-The candidate has to negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections
-Candidate should have excellent knowledge of MS Excel.

Operations Executive:
-The candidate has to handle field operations
-Candidate should have empathy for customers
-Candidate should be comfortable in managing blue-collar workers (read drivers)
