Probation Period: 4 Months

Salary: During Probation Period: INR 16000 per month and INR 1000 per conversion
           After Probation Period: INR 21000 per month and INR 1000 per conversion
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Job Description:
- Calling people over the phone/WhatsApp/SMS and explaining our brochure, prices, etc.
- Following up over the phone for leads who have expressed interest in the past
- Updating the details about the conversation after each call into our sales board
- Please note that we do not spam people who do not wish to be contacted.
- We advertise our website on Google and interested leads fill in our Contact form on our website (https://indiaphd.com/) and we only call those who have expressed interest.

Working Days:
- We work 4 days per week – Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Unfortunately we have to work weekends because most of our leads (who are working professionals) are mostly available on weekends.
- On the days off, no leads will be assigned (for outbound) but if any lead calls up (inbound) please answer their queries.

Work From Home:
- We work from home unless there is a requirement to meet a lead.
- In that case, the Sales Rep must go to office or to the lead’s residence to meet in person for a face to face discussion.

Visits:
- We encourage Sales Reps to visit leads in person for face to face discussions as this results in better conversions.
- Typically you will have to do 2-3 visits per week.
- All travel expenses will be reimbursed and you can travel comfortably in Ola/ Uber etc even for long distances.

Requirements:
- You need to have a mobile with an empty SIM slot for your business SIM.
- All expenses related to your business SIM will be paid by us.
- You also need to have a good internet connection.
