Target Batch: 2021 and 2022

Salary: INR 2.5 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Looking for self-driven and motivated Associates to join our team! They will be responsible for omnichannel support system includes Chats, Voice, and other communication with our customers
• Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self- service, and automated process
• Assist clients by demonstrating and answering any questions they may have.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, over phone or mails and chats.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
• Build and maintain effective business relationships with internal groups to best collaborate to ensure resolution of customer facing issues
Skills Required:
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Graduation is necessary (No back-logs)
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be flexible to work in night shifts and varied shifts within a 24/7 environment and to flexible W/OFF's

Course Specialization:
• Qualification: Any Graduate from Engineering or Degree
• Minimum CGPA of 6.5/10 or 60% in Graduation and 60% in 10th & Intermediate/Diploma
• There should be No Backlogs at the time of Selection Process.
Should be from a Full-time Degree course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
