Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
1-This is an individual contributor role in a high performance target-driven sales environment that emphasizes on selling unique programs designed for children in ages 6-14 years. role will start with contacting parents over the phone and convincing them to enroll their children to WizKlub programs. ∙
2-Candidates should be willing to talk to 60-70 customers everyday over the phone - pitching WizKlub programs and regular sales follow-ups to drive admissions / sales. ∙ Candidates will be taking up revenue responsibility to drive 5-7 lakh revenue (Sales) per month. Prefer candidates who have worked on revenue targets in the earlier organizations. ∙
3-Should be working 6 days a week, Mondays week-off. ∙
4- Should be able to build rapport with customers (Parents) by understanding Customer profile & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods and explain the benefits of WizKlub programs
