The Customer Service team is a part of Global Customer Service Centre and works with the largest enterprise customers in helping them deliver talent assessments.

Job Profile: Manager- Corporate Client Servicing

Target Audience: 2017, 2018 and 2019 Batch; Any Graduate, BE/B.Tech., MBA candidates

Job Location: Gurgaon

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, Maintain and deepen key client relationships, ensure highest level of customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT, CES)
- Understand and service client's requirements, be the face of the company to the leading corporate firms
- Create graphs, pivots, charts, decks for multiple clients periodically
- Create Dashboards and Delivery Plan for large and complex projects
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal teams and clients to manage accounts
- Champion products and lead trainings for key clients globally.
- Prepare weekly/fortnightly/monthly MIS for client and internal stakeholders
- Continuous Process Improvement and preparing and upgrading SOPs for multiple client engagements

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication and analytical Skills
- Ability to perform in stressful & volatile situations
- 3.5 + Yrs. of Experience in Client Handling/management profiles
- Good operational of knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
- Can do attitude with high accountability
- Good to have but not mandatory - knowledge of JIRA, One drive.

Annual Compensation: INR 6 LPA

Selection Process: Online Test followed by Interview

Tentative Interview Schedule: April first week (Tentative)
