Job Description:
- Junior Systems Engineer is required to provide technical support in order to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction through SLA and process compliance.
- In this role, you will be providing 1st& 2nd line support of server infrastructure for key customers.
Requirements:
- Candidate should be comfortable working on rotational shift
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of networks and Windows OS.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office.
- Basic understanding on Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange Server
