Job Description:

Roles&Responsibilities :

•Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, create comprehensive plans, and manage the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
•Team Leadership and Mentorship: Build and lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
•Communication and Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely updates throughout the project.
•Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
•Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, adhering to project requirements and industry best practices.

Skill Set Required :

• Competence in IT, particularly in standard project management tools like Jira, Powerpoint, Excel, Doc's...
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with strict deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and complete within a set duration and budget.
• Ability to perceive and ameliorate conflict and tension.
• Familiarity with tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance.
• Ability to detect and capitalize on others' strengths.
• Forethought, with the capacity to identify and minimize risks.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
