Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential business opportunities in the IT industry.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's IT services and solutions.
• Build and maintain stron g relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, effectively managing sales opportunities from prospecting to closure.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to close new business deals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and expand the professional network.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of services.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies and plans.
• Provide technical expertise to clients on website development, digital marketing, and market research.
• Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to clients.
