Having worked in different streams of healthcare arena especially in dialysis care we realized that current practice is highly unbalanced with severe knowledge shortage at patients end. Many not even knowing what is happening with them during the procedure or how the procedure would help them. This unbalance had a serious impact on patient's morbidity and mortality. Our objective is to create a platform where renal failure patients could not only get quality treatment and related procedure but shall become aware and knowledgeable about the procedures and key factors which might help them in living a healthy life on dialysis. With this idea 7Med India started its dialysis vertical and has been continuously growing since then.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:
•Design and Implement recruiting strategies
•Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
•Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
•Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit
•Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries

Skill Set Required for the profile:-
•Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office

•The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
•Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
•The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
•Good decision-making skills.
