Roles&Responsibilities:
• Support in the Health & Safety and Diversity & Inclusion projects as a part of HR team
• Coordination with Safety Champions, warehouse SPOCs for Safety talk, training hours data inputs
• Support during various campaigns & events
• Supporting and Coordination of D&I events and cascade
• Creation of event collaterals (emails, ppt and social media posts)
• Data compilation for quarterly for reporting
• Prepare Monthly H&S dashboard
• Prepare Quarterly dashboard for NC presentation
• Monthly data reporting
