Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Coordinate with TA team and hiring managers for requisition status, CV sourcing, and interviews.
•Coordinate with the SPOCs for recruitment-related activities.
•Keep track of all requisitions, interviews, offers, and appointments.
•Collaborate with the team to simplify 1st day of joining and enhance employee experience.
•Handle coordination with the operations team for sharing monthly inputs on joinings, confirmations, relieving, and timely receiving of letters from the operations team.
•Handle coordination for induction training at the plant level.
•Handle coordination for resolving issues in ESS, CRM, SAP Concur, and HRIS with defined task holders.
•Assist in administrative tasks like separation, confirmation, etc.
•Handle coordination for insurance, leaves, and ESS issues (as per requirement)
•Responsible for attendance and payroll.
Skill Set Required:
•Good hands-on MS-Excel, MS-Word, portals like Naukri for sourcing
•Good communication skills
•Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
