Business Consultant
Conduct structured discovery to understand Clients' challenges related to customer loyalty, competitive landscape, market trends impacting their business etc.
Conduct cost-benefit and market feasibility/relevance analysis
Advise customers on customer loyalty strategies, define measures (KPIs) for success
Deliver program definition, provide ongoing oversight, track program performance, and optimization strategies
Implementation Consultant
Conduct structured discovery with key users, analyze requirements, key pain points, target business outcome and IT goals
Design, implement and test the solution
Train end-users, develop project collaterals
Deliver post-implementation support
