Job Profile: Assistant Manager- Corporate Client Servicing
Target Audience: 2020 and 2021 Batch; Any Graduate, BE/B.Tech., MBA candidates
Job Location: Gurgaon
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Client project plans, managing the progress of key project deliverables and critical dependencies across multiple projects / project types
- Risk and Issue tracking, mitigation, prioritization, and overall management over the life cycle of the project
-Monitoring and coordinating updates with internal teams to accurately confirm project status, delivery of milestones, delivery timelines and resource requirements
- Facilitating meetings and communicate on-going project status to clients, stakeholders, and collaborators
- Attend and participate in departmental and inter-departmental meetings
- Contribute to improving the project delivery and quality assurance
- Manage, Maintain, and deepen Key client relationships, ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal teams and clients to manage accounts
- Prepare weekly MIS for client and internal management
- Based on regular data analysis, work out new strategies to reach out to clients and ensure best results
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Solid experience with a customer contact / customer delivery environment
- Superior customer/member service ethic
- Superior interpersonal skills; excellent written & oral communication skills
- Strong experience of working and managing to KPI targets/SLAs; working to milestones and deadlines, reporting progress & dealing with change requests
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Good operational knowledge of MS-Excel (Graphs, pivot, charts etc.)
- Ability to perform in stressful & volatile situations
- Excellent communication and analytical Skills
Annual Compensation: INR 4.5 LPA
