Aspiring Minds has announced National Employability Award 2014 for top engineering colleges nationally or in their respective state, assessed in the last quarter of 2013.
The awards, started in 2012, aim to recognize colleges whose students are most employable as defined by industry standards. The award is on the basis of employability of students only - how ready are the final year students of the college to take up and succeed in various roles in industry. The employability is measured basis students' performance in AMCAT, India's largest employability test. Based on the objective scores, the employability of the students was analyzed in the IT and engineering sectors, which formed the basis of the awards.
This year a total of 33 colleges were awarded for being amongst the top 10% of colleges in India, or in their respective states. For more details on the names of award winners please click here.
