Job Description:-
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Must be Providing 2nd and 3rd-level technical support to clients.
-Take ownership of customer issues reported, debug and see it through to resolution.
-Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.
-Worke in an engineering culture that is customer-focused.
Skills Required:
-Strong debugging skills.
-1+ years as a Support or Test engineer in a high-tech industry.
-Should be willing to wear multiple hats in different technical areas.
