Featured AMCAT Module: Attention to Detail
Attention to Detail
'Attention to Detail (ATD)' checks a candidate's ability in accomplishing a task with attention to all areas, without overlooking anything, no matter how small. Such people can be depended upon to not overlook the small, and often critical, details of a job.
This module has been designed to screen applicants for jobs that require high attention to details. The Attention to Detail module measures a basic workplace skill that would be absolutely essential for some kinds of jobs such as the ones in retail, operations, editing and proof-reading and jobs in the banking sector.
The module assesses a candidate's speed and accuracy in answering questions that would require him/her to precisely observe verbal, numerical and pictorial data, to carry out precise tasks on it and to be able to synthesize it in his/her mind. This is done with the help of topics that include letter occurrence, passage inference, image comparison and number set.
