Aspiring Minds launches multiple variants of SVAR based on candidates' geographical location and industry. SVAR is an IVR based, automated spoken English assessment, currently used by several leading ITeS companies at the time of recruitment to select potential high performers. The new variants have been launched to help companies select and assess exactly what they want to. The variants include:

Customized test based on local accent for different countries. The test will be useful for assessing candidates who work with specific country processes, and deal with clients speaking in the local accent. SVAR is available in the following country versions:

Customized tests to include sentences related to a particular industry. Example - travel related sentences/ questions
