Salary: During Training Period: INR 1.44 LPA - INR 2.04 LPA + incentive

Job Description:
- A StudyCloud executive must know the needs of his/her customers and have knowledge about the customer’s problems that need to be solved.
- Our Executive will go beyond merely visiting and trying to bring in business, they will have to work with a wide variety of internal groups and will handle the full range of development cycle.
- They will balance customer needs and competitive strategy in designing market-leading strategies and for this role specifically
- They will collect, analyse and act upon customer and market data to determine potential leads, along with designing ideas & strategy simultaneously provide business values which are intuitive to endusers to maximize user adoption.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calling prospects from the database provided, explaining them and product and convincing them to use the same.
- Should be attending to customer queries through emails and phones calls.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Handling sales inquiries, bookings, documentation, complaints handling, etc.
- Processing bookings by coordinating with the operations team.
- Maintaining records of day-to-day activities.
- Regular follow up with the client
