Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
-Present capabilities/solutions and share relevant insights with the clients in a compelling manner
-Prepare proposals and solutions for large and complex deals
-Lead benchmarking pilots, conduct analytics, and communicate the success to the clients.
-Identify all key client requirements and customizations related to the implementation and secure sign-off
-Finalise implementation plans(scope of work)and handover to customer success/delivery teams
-Conduct periodic (monthly/quarterly) reviews including commercial and customer success teams with the customers to highlight progress on their priorities.
-Work with clients for writing case studies on ROI and business outcomes that they have realized from using SHL‘s products and solutions.

Qualifications/ Experience:
-Proven work experience ideally in a B2B sales environment
