Skills: At least 0-2 yrs. experience with the following or willingness to learn:
o Front-end: Angular 2+, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
o Back-end: C#, MS SQL, AutoFac, Repository pattern.
o Database: SQL, stored procedures
o Others: ASP.NET MVC, REST, Microsoft Azure.

Interview Process :
Step 1 - Online Aptitude test and Personality Test - Duration of 45 mins and 30 mins)
Shortlisted People move to Step 2
Step 2 - Home Assignment (can take anywhere from 3 days - 15 days, depending on which assignment - Angular, C#/.Net or SQL and what is their current knowledge level)
To check learnability and skill levels
Shortlisted People move to Step 3
Step 3 - Technical Test in our supervision in office or remote (with video and screen share)
Shortlisted People move to Step 4
Step 4 - Technical Interview with video and screen share
Shortlisted People move to Step 5
Step 5 - In person HR round for offer discussion.
