Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Prime responsible for deployment of various product ranges at customer locations.
•Project requirement understanding and documentation of steps.
•Installation of Infraon products Infraon IMS ,Infraon Desk, Infraon NCCM, Infraon Secura.
•Answering the technical queries of customers during deployment related to the products.
•Product demonstration to end customer on completion of deployment.
•Taking responsibility of UAT signoff/ Feedback collection from customer towards end of deployment cycle.
•Assisting the development team in highlighting the issues / bugs faced during deployment cycle .
•Reporting project status on a regular basis to concerned Project Managers.
•Help marketing team in building customer case studies by documenting individual project deployments and maintaining required documentation
•Updating the deployment progress to concerned stakeholders on regular basis.
•Protects the organization's value by keeping the information confidential.
•Accomplishes organization mission by completing related results as needed.
•The above job function might involve traveling to customer offices when necessary.

Skill Set Required:

•In-depth analytical capabilities for understanding of project requirements .
•Effective communication & presentation skills
•Must have knowledge of IT infrastructure, basic networking Knowledge, Linux concepts and SQL.
•Must be strong in English communication i.e. written and verbal.
