Roles of Sales Associates:

l-Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2-Support in conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments.
3-Assist with on-boarding and orientation activities for new employees.
4-Help in organizing and coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives.
5-Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
6-Support in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
7-Assist in other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

l-Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
4-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
5-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6-Proficiency in Google Office Suite
