Roles & Responsibilities:
●To identify, source and secure both long term and short term B2B business opportunities.
●To develop new business opportunities within the current and new customer base in accordance with the sales strategy defined in GO TO Market plan.
●To look after client retention by ensuring customers ongoing expectation is met.
●To manage day-to-day sales activities; including proposal, updating clients on their ongoing orders, prospecting and market development.
●To support the operation team, technical team and online marketing team by providing customer feedback.
●To develop good client relationship.
●To assist with debt collection.
Skill Set Required:
●Fluency in both verbal and written English is required.
●Good Interpersonal and Networking Skills.
●Ability to communicate effectively, convince & negotiate with the clients.
●Timely follow-up on all the service and software lead opportunities
●Ability to achieve daily, monthly and yearly targets.
●Proficiency in Computer skills including MS office, Emailing
