Probation/Training Period: 6 Months/2 Weeks
Salary: First 3 Months: INR 15,000 per month
After 3 Months: INR 3 LPA - INR 4.5 LPA + Incentives
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Job Description:
- Calling cancer patient and guiding them on cancer care and ZenOnco.io’s offerings that can help them in their treatment journey
- Explaining benefits of ZenOnco.io’s offerings so that patients can subscribe to the services
- Collect medical data from patients and forward to internal team for onward processing
- Ensure strong follow-ups with patients to ensure that they go for the service
- Process mapping from case initiation to delivery of consultation
- Manage patient relations and ensure thorough and timely resolution of patient issues and concerns
- Co-ordinate with Patient Care Managers (Relationship) to ensure smooth transition of patients for a better experience

- The ability to understand and present clinical data
- The flexibility to cope with frequent changes in products and healthcare systems
