Job Description:
Job &Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell our services
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers to promote customer retention
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by actively following up with leads and closing sales
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Record and maintain customer data and sales records in the company database
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to persuade and influence customers to make a purchase
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers
• Good time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales goals
