Job Description:
- Takes ownership for making customer successful and happy with OpsHub. Does what every it takes to satisfy the customer.
- Leads resolutions of day-to-day issues that occur in supported applications, including restoration of services, remediation of issues, and root-cause analysis
- Executes OIM solution support activities and ensures delivery of services.
- Actively participates with ongoing support, resolve issues, or plan for future growth
- Works with engineering team for complex technical issue and participates in resolution of it.
- Maintains awareness and knowledge of integration solutions.
- Executes proactive monitoring of supported solutions to identify issues prior to impact on business activities and initiates resolution activities
- Proactively creates and documents solution briefs for know issues (for customer self service)
- Understand solution delivery and service delivery processes and keep enhancing it.
- Executes all activities associated with maintenance of solutions
Skill Set Required:
- Master level education in computer science or similar field
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Strong technical and analytical aptitude.
- Basic Knowledge of Web Technology like REST , WSDL , HTTP etc are required
- Knowledge of ALM /CRM like Bugzilla , Jira , TFS , Rational , VersionOne, Rally, Salesforce etc is a plus
- Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural working
- Knowledge demonstrated service management, issue management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Good Java technical knowledge. Knowledge of XML/XSL is a plus.
- Hands-on delivery of support and service activities.
- Willing to work on 24X7 support environment.
- Willingness/Ability to take leadership role and manage cross functional activities.
