Aspiring Minds has launched finger printing device for AMCAT to further maintain the integrity of the test. Invigilation and proctoring is an essential part of delivering AMCAT. The biometric solution is an integral part of this overall service delivery and compliance. A customized biometric device is used to capture finger prints, AMCAT ID, candidate's photo and take a copy of candidate's photo ID card. Thus, one single device provides all the required functionality that is required to ensure the authenticity of the test process and eliminate the chances of impersonation.

Every shortlisted candidate can then be verified by performing a live fingerprint scan on the device and matching it with the template captured during the test. Through this, we are able to determine very easily, instances of impersonation wherein the AMCAT assessed student and the student in the interview are two different persons. This would enhance the sanctity of the test while decreasing the dependence on manual proctoring and verification.
