AMCAT-Hospitality is a computer based adaptive employability assessment capable of measuring fitment of prospective candidates for various job roles including F&B, Front Desk, Sales, House Keeping, etc. The tool works on a combination of language, aptitude and personality assessment.

AMCAT-Hospitality has been developed after working closely with experts within hospitality industry and understanding the skill sets and competencies required for different roles in the industry. The assessment measures competencies specifically required in the hospitality industry like:

  • Team work & cooperation
  • Managerial skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Customer orientation
  • Sales orientation
  • Performance focus
  • Creativity
  • Comfort with repetitive work
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Quality orientation
  • Self discipline
Besides these competencies, the assessment also tests a candidate on English language, basic logical ability and attention to detail, which is very important for hospitality industry. The auto-generated report at the end of each assessment gives not only rating on these competencies and skills, but job fitment of candidate for different profiles.

AMCAT Hospitality has been validated to predict job success at different roles in hotels and has been calibrated to help hire the right individuals for various profiles.
